Ordering is easier than ever. We take all kinds of plastics from all kinds of places. Ordering is safe because the actual transaction does not occur online. Instead, we provide an easy way to order via fax, post or over the phone with a real human! Just follow these easy steps...
Once you've found something you like, click on the "item number" to add it to your basket. This appears in the light green area at the bottom right of each item page and is usually a 5 or 6 letter/numerical code (eg; WP004).
Clicking "Order via fax" will pop up a new browser window which will provide a form that should be filled out and printed. Either fax or post to the address provided at the bottom of the form. This is ideal for customers who would like to pay by credit card or by cheque.
Clicking "Order via email" will open a new email message with the "item number" in the subject area. Please write your contact details within the body of the email. This is a good option if you don't have a fax machine and/or are unsure about methods of payment.

Of coarse if you are ordering something like a decal or a patch that will fit in an envelope you won't need to pay parcel postage costs, only letter costs. And if you order several larger items, we'll stick it in the one package to save on costs. You can also check the current international exchange rates here.
All shipping and insurance charges are paid by the customer but handling is abolutely free.

Exchanges on items are available as long as the item is as new.
Refunds are only available if product is faulty and cannot be replaced.
